1. The fan rotates, but the air volume is small or does not leave the wind
(1) Improper setting of air supply gear: adjust to appropriate gear
(2) Excessive dust accumulation on the filter screen: clean
(3) Excessive dust accumulation between coil fins: clean
(4) Low voltage: find out the reason
(5) Fan reversal: change the wiring sequence
2. The blown wind is not cold (hot) enough
(1) Improper setting of temperature gear: adjust to the appropriate gear
(2) There is air in the coil: open the coil vent valve to discharge it
(3) Abnormal water supply temperature: check the cold and heat sources
(4) Insufficient water supply: open large water valve or increase branch pipe diameter
(5) Oxidation of coil fins: replace the coil
3. The vibration and noise of
fan coil unit are too large
(1) poor lubrication or damage of fan bearings: add lubricating oil or replace it
(2) Too much dust or damage to fan blades: clean or replace
(3) Friction between fan impeller and casing: eliminate friction or replace fan
(4) The air outlet is not soft connected with the external pipeline or air supply outlet: use soft connection
(5) The coil pipe and drip tray are not connected with the water supply return pipe and drain pipe in a soft way: use a soft connection.
(6) The fan coil unit runs in high gear: it is adjusted to medium and low gear
(7) Loose connectors for fixing fans: tighten them
(8) Loose louver of air supply outlet: tighten
