
1. Free Warranty During Warranty Period
During the warranty period, any product failures caused by quality issues of Yuexin products are eligible for free repair, and the related costs will be covered by Yuexin HVAC. However, the user must provide at least one of the following valid proof of warranty:
Purchase invoice (including VAT invoice, general invoice, or valid receipt);
Product warranty card;
Product label;
Product nameplate production date or system-recorded delivery date.
2. Start Date of Free “Anxin Warranty”
The effective start date of the product warranty is based on the earliest of the following: the product receipt date, installation date recorded on the warranty card, or the invoice issue date.
If the installation date is more than two years later than the production date shown on the nameplate, then the warranty start date is deemed to be two years after the production date.
3. If Proof Cannot Be Provided
If no warranty card, product activation date, or purchase invoice can be provided, the warranty period will begin 90 days after the production date shown on the nameplate or the system-recorded delivery date.
4. Invalid Warranty Proof Includes:
Product model or barcode on the proof does not match the repaired product;
Warranty card is altered, incomplete, or missing barcode;
Invoice does not indicate product model or barcode;
Handwritten receipts, sales lists, contracts, or agreements.
5. The Following Cases Are Not Covered by the “Anxin Warranty” (Paid Service Applies):
a) Damage caused by improper use, poor maintenance, voltage issues, natural disasters, or force majeure;
b) Damage from improper handling, incorrect installation or debugging, or poor cleaning and maintenance;
c) Damage due to unauthorized relocation, equipment modification, use of inferior refrigerants or water, or non-Yuexin parts;
d) Corrosion damage from installation in harsh environments (e.g., mining, farms, electroplating factories) with acidic, sulfuric, phosphoric, salty, or greasy substances without anti-corrosion treatment (anti-corrosion models available);
e) Corrosion, freezing, scaling, or blockage caused by use of untreated well water, river water, seawater, industrial water, or failure of softening devices or antifreeze use;
f) Performance or damage issues caused by improper product selection, incorrect application, or installation;
g) Cases where no valid proof is provided, warranty expired, or issues beyond the product itself (e.g., external water pipes);
h) Devices or parts of unknown origin, lacking Yuexin logo, nameplate, or purchased as second-hand/refurbished units.
6. Additional Installation and Maintenance Charges
The “Anxin Warranty” covers free repairs and installation/debugging. However, extra charges may apply under the following conditions and must be agreed upon by both parties:
Drilling through walls is required;
Additional or extended accessories or piping are needed;
High-altitude or lifting work is required (including crane rental fees);
Base construction or mounting brackets need to be provided;
Removal of old equipment, reinstallations, or relocation is needed;
Labor costs due to switching models;
Downtime costs caused by on-site delays;
Temporary cleaning or maintenance needs.
7. Return/Replacement Policy During “Anxin Warranty”
Within 30 days of initial installation, products with quality issues can be returned or replaced unconditionally. If the customer agrees to repair, the warranty period can be extended by up to one year.
After 30 days, repairs will be the first option. Only when the product cannot be fixed or fails after three repair attempts, and is confirmed by the after-sales department, can it be replaced for free.
Replacements must be of the same model/specs. If another model/spec is desired, the price difference must be paid. The warranty period for the new unit starts from its installation date.
Spare parts replaced outside the warranty are covered by a one-year warranty.
